Before you place the order, please get in touch with us as each neon sign is customized. We require the following information:
 
1 - Preferred size (e.g. 35 x 35cm, 50 x 50 cm, 14 x 14", 20 x20")
2 - Preferred color.
3 - Wording Idea and Concept 
 
We will then send you the quotation for your consideration. Once the order has been placed we will share the design with you within 2 days and you may ask for as many changes as you wish before we start the production. 
 
You are very welcome to provide your own design/font and we will replicate that for you.
 
Our neon signs are made with LED Flexible Neon and include a clear acrylic backing with a hanging kit.

Warranty
All of our signs and electrical components include a 3 months warranty that is valid from the date of purchase.
 
Returns Policy
Custom signs may not be returned. However, if you received an incorrect or defective item we'll accept the return and we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
